Questionnaires allow companies to create and apply an additional means of collecting candidate information. They can also be used as guides during the interview process and scored questionnaires can be used to evaluate, compare, and rank candidates.
There are several permissions associated with the creation and use of questionnaires based on the user's role in the hiring process:
These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
Questionnaires can be used in the following situations:
When PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal workflows are defined in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal, questionnaire triggers can be assigned to selected workflow folders.
When candidates are moved to a workflow folder to which a questionnaire trigger is attached, the candidates are sent an email message asking them to follow the attached link and complete the questionnaire(s) associated with the folder.
When recruiters create requisitions, they can associate questionnaires with the job postings.
When candidates apply to these job postings, the questionnaires are part of the application process.
Applicants supply answers to the associated questionnaire, thus helping recruiters to evaluate each candidate’s suitability for the position.
If a questionnaire has been created to serve as an interviewing tool, it can be assigned to an interview slot on the Candidate Profile > Interview panel.
In general, interview questionnaires fall into two categories.
