Questionnaires can be posted along with job opening information as a means to collect additional candidate information. They can also be used to evaluate, compare, and rank candidates if your company uses scored questionnaires.
Questionnaires are associated with the requisition during the creation process. When a job opening requisition is posted, the recruiter can choose to incorporate selected questionnaires into the job posting template. The selected questionnaires become part of the job application process. Applicants supply answers to the associated questionnaire, assisting recruiters in their candidate evaluations when determining a candidate’s suitability for the position.
Users must be assigned the Various Panels on the Job Posting Screen > Questionnaires > Add permission to complete this task. To view candidate responses, users must also be assigned the Various Panels on the Candidate Screen > Candidate Questionnaire History permission. These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
There are two steps required to post a job that includes a candidate questionnaire:
To assign questionnaires to a job posting template
In the Workflow pane select the Requisition tab and the appropriate requisition filter to display the requisition you wish to edit.
Double-click on the requisition to be edited. The requisition fields are displayed in the Details pane.
On the Global Navigation Bar, click Job Postings .
Click the Templates tab. If multiple job posting templates are available for use, select the correct template from the drop-down list displayed next to the requisition title.
Click the Edit icon on the Questionnaires panel. The Edit Post Template window opens displaying the available questionnaires associated with this requisition.
Select the check box(es) for the questionnaires to associate with the job posting.
Click OK . The selected questionnaires are displayed on the job posting template Questionnaires panel.
Click the Preview icon in the Actions column to view a questionnaire.
To select a job posting template when posting a requisition
Click the Actions tab on the Job Postings page.
The job posting sites that you can post to are displayed.
Select the check box in the Add column for the site(s) to which you want to post. If the check box is grayed out, the requisition has already be posted to the site.
If multiple job posting templates are available, select the desired template, that includes the candidate questionnaires added above, from the drop-down box in the Post Template and Presentations column.
If a job post's status is either Pending or Posted, you cannot change the template assigned to the posting.
If the template allows you to post the job in multiple languages (presentations) place a check mark next to the presentations in which you wish to post the job.
The job posting will be displayed in the selected presentations only if the requisition fields associated with the template were completed in multiple languages.
The job will be displayed in the user's preferred presentation as determined by their browser settings.
If the user's preferred presentation is not among those selected when posting the position, the job posting will be displayed in your company's default language.
Click the Post button.
If you are posting to your company's internal or external website, the job is immediately posted. The job posting status is updated to Posted.
If you are posting to a staffing agency, the job will not be posted until it is approved (accepted) by the staffing agency. The job posting status will be displayed as Pending until it is approved by the staffing agency.
