Assign Questionnaires to a Job Posting

Questionnaires can be posted along with job opening information as a means to collect additional candidate information. They can also be used to evaluate, compare, and rank candidates if your company uses scored questionnaires.

Questionnaires are associated with the requisition during the creation process. When a job opening requisition is posted, the recruiter can choose to incorporate selected questionnaires into the job posting template. The selected questionnaires become part of the job application process. Applicants supply answers to the associated questionnaire, assisting recruiters in their candidate evaluations when determining a candidate’s suitability for the position.

Users must be assigned the Various Panels on the Job Posting Screen > Questionnaires > Add permission to complete this task. To view candidate responses, users must also be assigned the Various Panels on the Candidate Screen > Candidate Questionnaire History permission. These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

  1. Note: In order for a questionnaire to be posted on a career site it must be associated with the job posting template before the requisition is posted.

There are two steps required to post a job that includes a candidate questionnaire:
