When users create a new requisition in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal, they can select one or more questionnaires to associate with it. Only those questionnaire templates that have been assigned as Available to Use in Recruiting Portal in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal can be associated with requisitions. However, there may be occasions when the user did not add all required questionnaires or new questionnaires are available based on updated company procedures. In these instances, it may be necessary to add a questionnaire to a previously created requisition.
Users assigned the Various Panels on the Requisition Screen > Questionnaires > Edit permission can complete this task. This permission is assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
Note: Only those questionnaire templates that have been assigned as A vailable to Use in Recruiting Porta l in the System Administration Portal can be assigned to requisitions.
To add a questionnaire to an existing requisition:
In the Workflow pane select the Requisition tab and the appropriate requisition filter to display the requisition you wish to edit.
Double-click on the requisition to be edited. The requisition fields are displayed in the Details pane.
Select the Additional Info tab and scroll down to the Questionnaires panel.
Click the Edit icon. The Edit Requisition window opens displaying the questionnaires associated with the requisition.
Click the Add to List button. The Add / Edit Dialog window opens displaying questionnaire search criteria.
Enter any portion of a Questionnaire Name and / or Category and click Search.
To list all available questionnaires, click Show All Questionnaires.
Questionnaires that match the entered search criteria are listed in the Available Items window.
Highlight the questionnaire(s) to associate with the requisition in the Available Items window.
Click the Add Item icon to move the highlighted items into the Selected Questionnaires window.
When all questionnaires have been selected, click OK.
Click the Preview icon in the Actions column to view a questionnaire.
Click the Add Value icon in the Sent on Entry to this Folder column to choose the workflow folder associated with a workflow questionnaire.
Click the Delete icon to remove a questionnaire from the requisition.
