The Simplified Candidate Search functionality allows recruiters to search their PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal database for candidates who meet specific criteria.
Because the New Candidate Search page contains several panels, you can run each search criteria individually or all at once to get more narrowed search results. The procedure below illustrates one example of running this type of search.
Access to the panels that appear on the New Candidate Search page are based on user role permissions defined in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. For more information on those role permissions, see Candidate Search Permissions. Contact your RMS administrator if you do not have access to any of these search panels.
