About the Candidate Search Page

This Candidate Search page provides an intuitive way to enter search criteria and review the results. Recruiters or hiring managers must have the appropriate role permissions to access the Candidate Search page.

You can access the Candidate Search page by doing one of the following:

  1. Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Candidate Search.

  2. Clicking the Search thumbnail that appears on the right side of the Dashboard.

  1. Note: The New Candidate Search page is not available for use with the high volume auto recruiter.

The table below describes the panels that may appear on the Candidate Search page based on your organization's needs. To view these panels users must have the appropriate role permissions assigned to their user role in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Panel

Description

Location

This section allows users to search for candidates based on a specific geographic area.

Education

This section allows users to search for candidates based on college they attended, their degree type, degree major, and degree minor, therefore narrowing the search results.

Employment

This section allows users to search for candidates based on a candidate’s recent or past job titles, and a candidate’s recent or past companies.

Profile and Referral Type

This section allows permissioned users to narrow their search results by profile type (candidate or requisition) and referral type (external or internal candidates).

Requisition and Folders

This section allows permissioned users search for candidates that are contained within specific requisitions and requisition folders.

Tags

This section allows users to search for candidates based on their candidate profile tags. Users can search for candidate profiles by Public tags or Private tags. For more information on tagging candidate profiles, see About Candidate Tags.

Offer Information

This panel allows recruiters to run a candidate search based on values entered in the fields on the Offer/New Hire panel of the candidate profile. Recruiters can run a search based on the date an offer was sent to a candidate, the date a candidate accepted the offer, and the date post offer information was sent.

Internal Employee Information

This panel allows recruiters and hiring managers to search for internal candidates.

Sourcing Information

This panel allows recruiters to run a candidate search based on the source of the candidate (online application, PeopleFluent Staffing Agency Portal) or how the candidate was referred to the organization (advertising, employee referral).

 

  1. Note: The labels on Sourcing Information panel may differ from what is on the candidate profile. However, recruiters can determine if they can find results by clicking on the field and looking at the values of parentheses with numbers in them.

Add Additional Search Criteria

This link allows users to add custom search criteria to the Candidate Search page and run a search. For more information see, Create a Custom Search.

 

Users can switch back to the classic search area by selecting New Candidate Search > Legacy Candidate Search or by clicking the link in the note above the new search screen.
