About Requisitions

Requisitions are employment positions that are created and managed in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. Each requisition is represented by a requisition folder in the Workflow pane.

The requisition folder icons are displayed in various colors, depending on the requisition's status. Icons associated with the requisition folder indicate the requisition's status, whether the requisition has been posted, and whether the requisition is locked. The blue number to the right of the requisition name equals the total number of candidates associated with the job opening. The bold number indicates the number of candidates recently added to the requisition.

To view detailed information about a requisition, click the requisition name. The requisition will open in the Details pane.

Right-click on a requisition name in the Workflow pane to perform various requisition functions.

  1. Note: Requisition folders are not shown on the Workflows tab of the workflow pane. If you are using the Workflows tab, click the Requisitions tab on the Workflow pane to view requisition folders.
