Throughout the application, buttons are used to initiate actions. In many cases, buttons have replaced the icons used in previous versions of PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. These buttons now have text labels so that users can quickly identify the correct button needed to initiate a task. However, the use for some buttons in the interface may not be immediately obvious to the user. In most cases, if the user hovers over a button, an instructional text box is displayed as a guide.
The table below lists the icons displayed in the Candidate Search Results List view and provides a brief description of their uses.

Undo Last Move |
Displayed on the Candidate List Pane, this icon is activated when a candidate record is selected in the summary table. When clicked, the candidate record will be returned to the previous workflow folder. |

Email Selected Resume/CVs |
Click to forward the resume of the candidate displayed in the Details pane to selected hiring managers and / or interviewers. If displayed on the Candidate List pane, select candidates from the summary table and click this icon to forward the resumes off all selected candidates to hiring managers and / or interviewers. |

Email Candidates |
Displayed on the Candidate List pane, this icon is activated when one or more candidate records are selected in the summary table. When clicked an email message is created addressed to the selected candidate(s). |

Preview and Print Selected Resumes / CVs |
Displayed on the Candidate List pane, this icon is activated when one or more candidate records are selected in the summary table. When clicked the resumes associated with the selected candidates are prepared for printing. |

Approve Requisition |
When displayed in the Approval Actions column, click this icon to approve a requisition. |

Reject Requisition |
When displayed in the Approval Actions column, click this icon to reject a requisition. A window will open from which you can select a rejection reason. |

Add Requisition Note |
When displayed in the Approval Actions column, click this icon to create a note to be associated with the requisition. A window will open from which you can create and save the note. |

Add Item |
Adds highlighted items to the search criteria or selected window. |

Remove Item |
Removes highlighted items from the search criteria or selected window. |

Move Item Up |
Used to reorder selected items. Click to move a highlighted item higher in the list. |
|
Move Item Down |
Used to reorder selected items. Click to move a highlighted item lower in the list. |

Alert Icon |
Used to alert the user of a potential issue. Hover over the icon to see the alert message. For example, on the Job Postings page, the icon is used to alert the user that the parent requisition has been updated since the requisition was posted. |

Field Alert |
Used to alert the user that a date field may no longer be valid. The alert is used on draft requisitions, cloned requisitions, and requisition templates. |

Field Warning |
Used to alert the user that selected contacts or approvers are no longer active. The warning is used on draft requisitions, cloned requisitions, and requisition templates. Also used as visual indicators for blank mandatory fields. |

Apply Filter |
Used to filter requisition templates by the keyword(s) entered in the Type Title Keyword field. |
|
Download File |
Used to download and open attachments associated with requisitions and candidate records |
|
Sublist Filter |
Indicates that the option selected in the field will determine the options available for selection in other drop-down lists. For example, if you select United States of America as your country, then the options available in the State field will be limited to US states. |

Query Box |
When the query box icon is clicked in a field, a pop-up window opens from which the user selects from a preconfigured list of values. |

Save |
Click to save search criteria options. |

Saved Search |
Click to select a previously saved search. |

Expand All Rows |
Click to display all rows associated with an interview slot. |

Collapse All Rows |
Click to minimize rows. |

Set Slot to Complete |
Click to update the interview slot status to complete. |
