Live Links in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal

When creating requisitions, candidates, or email forms, users can add basic HTML fields within text, text areas and combo boxes. When saved, these fields will display as rendered HTML. This functionality makes it possible to include URL links in forms to display Internet and Intranet URLs that, when clicked, will take the users directly to the desired location.

  1. Email fields may be added to Candidate forms, providing a direct link to an RMS site.
  2. Basic HTML tags provide an option to add formatting to posted text (e.g. bold face, italics, numbering, underlining, font face, size and color) as well as hyperlinks to other pages, etc.
  3. PeopleFluent recommends the use of HTML that is well formed (structured according to the rules of basic HTML) and validated (structure, elements and use of attributes are consistent with the use of basic HTML) to ensure that it is correctly formatted for use with your browser.
  1. Best Practice: To work as expected, clickable links (URLs) added to a form must be designated to open in a new window, as illustrated in the following HTML sample. Example:  <a href="page.html" target=" _blank ">
