Create a Candidate Profile Manually

Staffing agency users can submit candidates to a company's job openings for review.

To submit a new candidate 

  1. On the Navigation bar, click the Create Candidate Manually icon. The Create Candidate dialog box appears.

  2. In the Job to Post field, select a job posting to which you want to submit the candidate.

  3. Enter the candidate information. Fields with an asterisk are required fields.

  4. Enter the candidate's resume. If the resume is available electronically, you can copy and paste the information into the provided text editor. If the resume is on paper, you can type the resume and edit the information as necessary.

  5. Click Create to save the candidate.

  6. Click Reset or Restore Defaults to clear the entered information and begin again.

  7. Click Cancel to exit the screen and quit the operation. When you have created the candidate, the candidate will appear in the Candidates frame unless the candidate has already been submitted by you or by another staffing agency. The candidate will also appear in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal for review by the recruiter.
