Staffing agency users can upload and attach files to candidate records. The type of files you can attach include:
.docx
.doc
.xls
.txt
Note: Only the initial staffing agency user that attached the document can view it in the candidate record. Other users will not see the attachment.
To attach files to a candidate record
On the Navigation bar, click the Candidates tab. The Candidate frame appears.
Either search for the candidate you want to view or click the candidate's name from the Candidate's List. The candidate record appears.
On the Candidate Attachments panel, click the Create Attachment icon. The Add Attachment window appears.
In the New File Description field, enter the name of the document.
From the Attachment Type field, select the type of document to be attached to the candidate record.
Locate the desired file and click Upload. The file is uploaded to the candidate record.
The attached document appears in the Candidate Attachments panel of the Candidate record. You can view the attached document by clicking the Download This File icon.
