Delete a Saved Search

Due to changing business needs or personnel changes, it may be necessary to remove previously saved searches.

Users must be assigned the Candidate Search > Access to the Search Section permission to access this function.

These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

  1. Note: If the search is associated with an active AutoRecruiter search, you must first disassociate it from the Requisition or Personal workflow folder before it can be deleted.

To delete a saved search

  1. Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Candidate Search > Legacy Candidate Search .

  2. The Basic candidate search window opens.

  3. Click the Saved Search icon. A new window opens.

  4. Select the saved search from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. Click Yes to confirm the choice.
