When Internal Mobility is enabled, users of both PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal and the Performance and Succession Talent Management applications can create requisitions in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal that contains data from Performance and Succession. The information provided by the Talent Management applications when creating a requisition populates the Talent Management Req Information panel on the requisition profile.
To create a requisition for Internal Mobility users
Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Requisitions > Create Requisition. Alternatively highlight a requisition in the Workflow pane, right-click, and select New Requisition. The Position Selector dialog box appears. The Position Selector is a Talent Management user interface that prompts users to select a manager and/or job title from Talent Management and link it to the new requisition.
