Create a Requisition (Internal Mobility Users)

When Internal Mobility is enabled, users of both PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal and the Performance and Succession Talent Management applications can create requisitions in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal that contains data from Performance and Succession. The information provided by the Talent Management applications when creating a requisition populates the Talent Management Req Information panel on the requisition profile.

To create a requisition for Internal Mobility users

  1. Go to Primary Navigation Bar > Requisitions > Create Requisition. Alternatively highlight a requisition in the Workflow pane, right-click, and select New Requisition. The Position Selector dialog box appears. The Position Selector is a Talent Management user interface that prompts users to select a manager and/or job title from Talent Management and link it to the new requisition.

  2. From the Position Selector dialog box, select one of the following:

  1. Create a new position and request a requisition to fill it: When this option is selected, the user is required to select a manager and job title for the new position.
  2. Request a requisition to replace the current holder of an existing position: When this option is selected, the user must select the position only.
  3. Click Continue and the RMS Create a Requisition dialog box appears. The user can complete the fields displayed in the window and continue with the requisition creation process.
