Internal Mobility allows users of both Talent Acquisition and the Performance and Succession Talent Management applications to create requisitions in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal that contains data from Performance and Succession. The information provided by the Talent Management applications when creating a requisition populates the Talent Management Req Information panel on the requisition profile. PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal users can also identify and invite internal candidates in Talent Management for positions created in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
For Talent Management users, this integration allows them to initiate the PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal requisition creation process from within Talent Management by selecting options from the Organization Chart or the Primary Navigation Menu. Additionally, RMS users can create a requisition and establish a relationship with an existing Talent Management position. Moreover, Talent Management users can view existing requisitions in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal from the Organization Chart in Talent Management.
To integrate PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal with PeopleFluent Talent Management, users must:
Submit a change request (CR) to their PeopleFluent representative.
Have PeopleFluent iPaaS enabled.
Have access to both Talent Acquisition (in particular, PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal) and Talent Management applications Succession and Performance.
Have the Show TM Requisition Info Panel assigned to their user role in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
Have the CREATE_TM_EMPLOYEE_ON_HIRE trigger assigned to a requisition folder (for example, the Hired folder) in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.
