The View Potential Internal Candidates provides RMS users access to information about potential internal candidates stored in Talent Management. The Successors and Potential Candidates tabs appear on this dialog box if an organization has access to both the PeopleFluent Performance and Succession applications. However, if an organization only has access to Performance, the view is limited to what is in Performance.

If OFCCP logging is enabled, when users open the View Potential Internal Candidates dialog box, users are prompted to choose an OFCCP Data Management Technique. The technique is stored with the requisition for audit purposes, and users are not required to enter it again while viewing the requisition. However, if the user leaves the requisition and returns later, the user is prompted again. Users can also change the technique.
The techniques available for selection are controlled by the OFCCP Data Management Techniques display value category. If a technique is needed that is not listed, users should contact their system administrator. If Other is selected, users are required to type a data management technique in the Data Management Technique Value field. In addition, recruiters or administrators can obtain a search audit history for these type of searches by viewing the Search History page on the requisition record.
