Job Postings: Status Tab

The Status tab on the Job Postings page displays a list of all current postings for a selected requisition, grouped by posting site type. If there are no current postings for a posting site type, the message "No records available" is shown.

All users with the Job Postings > View Job Postings permission have access to the Job Postings page for a requisition. Users must also be assigned the Various Panels on Job Posting Screens > Posting Status permission to see Status tab. These permissions are assigned in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal.

To view a requisition's job posting status

  1. In the Workflow pane, click on the requisition you want to view. The requisition opens in the Details pane.
  2. Click Job Postings on the Global Navigation Bar.
  3. Click the S tatus tab.
  4. A yellow alert symbol is displayed next to the requisition name if the parent requisition has been updated since the job posting template was created. Hover over the symbol to see the alert message. Click on the symbol to clear the warning.
  5. Job postings are grouped by the posting method use:
  1. Aggregator: This panel displays postings to internet job boards.

  2. Post Site Groups: This panel displays the post sites groups to which the user has access. The user must be assigned to one or more job post site groups in order for the list to be populated.

  3. Internal / External: This panel displays postings to the career sites associated with your company website.

  4. Staffing: This panel displays postings to staffing agencies.

  1. Job postings are also displayed by posting site type:
  1. Internal web sites are career pages visible only to internal employees.

  2. External web sites are career pages visible to viewers who are outside your organization. Your organization may have multiple external sites.

  3. Internet sites, such as internet job boards, either free or fee-based.

  4. Staffing Agency posts, where Staffing Agency users belonging to the chosen staffing agency can see the requisition.

  1. Click the View icon in the Actions column to view the template used to post the job opening. Templates are created and managed from the Templates tab. The template is used to select requisition information that will be displayed on the posting site such, as Job Details, Contact Information, Compensation, and Questionnaires.

  2. Click the Go to Live Post button in the Actions column to view the job posting as it appears on the job posting site.

  3. Hover over the Schedule icon in the Actions column to view when the posted requisition is scheduled to be unposted. If there are no posting dates scheduled, click on the icon and enter the desired start and end dates for the posting to be available from your career sites.

  4. The Posting Status is also displayed for each posting site:

  1. Pending: Posts have been saved in the database but are not visible on the post site. For Staffing Agency posts, pending posts are visible on the site, but have not been approved (accepted) by the staffing agency.

  2. Posted: Posts are visible on the job post site.

  3. Removed: Posts have been removed from the job post site at a user's request.

  4. Expired: Posts have been removed from the job post site because the scheduled post duration was exceeded.

  5. Declined: Posts have been declined by the staffing agency to which they were posted.

  6. Failure: The attempt to post to the job site encountered an error.

  1. The entries in the User Status column indicate the status of the last requested user action.

  1. Pending : The user action is still being processed.

  2. Success : The user action was processed successfully.

  3. Failure : The user action failed.

  4. Cancelled : The user action was cancelled by the user.
