When a candidate submits a response to a video questionnaire, recruiters can view all the video responses for a specific requisition on the Video Questionnaire History panel. Recruiters can also keep track of all the video questionnaires associated with that specific requisition on this panel.
Access to the Video Questionnaire History panel is based on the Show video Questionnaires History role permission set in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Contact your administrator for more information.
To view all video questionnaire responses on a requisition
Go to the Workflow pane and select a requisition.
Click the Additional Info tab and scroll down to the Video Questionnaire History panel.
In the Actions column, click the View icon. The Video Questionnaire - View Candidate Response dialog box appears. The Actions column only appears when a video response has been received.
Click the arrow button to open a question. A video thumbnail displays.
Click the Play button on the video thumbnail to preview the video within the dialog box. You can enlarge the video by clicking the View full screen video player icon.
