Recruiters can view all the video responses of a specific candidate the candidate profile on the Candidate Video Questionnaire panel. This panel also allows recruiters to see all the video questionnaires a candidate has not completed.
Access to the Video Questionnaire History panel is based on the Show Candidate Video Questionnaires role permission set in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Contact your administrator for more information.
To view candidate questionnaire responses
In the W orkflow or Candidate List pane, click the name of the candidate for whom you want to view questionnaire answers. The candidate record is displayed in the Details pane.
Click the Profile tab and scroll down to the Candidate Video Questionnaires panel.
In the Actions column, click the View icon. The Video Questionnaire - View Candidate Response dialog box appears. The Actions column only appears when a video response has been received.
The Video Questionnaire – View Candidate Response dialog box displays the candidate's name and CandReqProfileID number, requisition title, and video questionnaire information.
Click the arrow button to open a question. A video thumbnail displays.
Click the Play button on the video thumbnail to preview the video within the dialog box. You can enlarge the video by clicking the View full screen video player icon.
