About Candidate Compare
Candidate Compare allows recruiters to review an analysis of text within candidate resumes against the description of a job posting to determine how well the candidate matches with a specific job. In addition to the textual analysis, PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal
creates a correlation analysis between candidates within the requisition.
Prerequisites
To use the Candidate Compare feature:
- Enable the COMPARE_CANDIDATES client parameter. When this client parameter is enabled, the Compare Candidates options appears on the Actions menu of the Candidate List panel and shortcut menu within a requisition folder. In addition, when multiple
candidates are selected from the requisition folder, users can right-click and select Compare Candidates from the shortcut menu. For more information see,

- Assign the appropriate user role permission in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. For more information see the PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal online help.
Once the parameters and permissions are enabled, recruiters can
