Personal Folders are created and defined by users for the purpose of holding potential candidates when it may not be appropriate to move them into a specific requisition folder. For example, you may use personal folders to keep candidates whose qualifications meet the prerequisites for a requisition that has already been filled, or a requisition that is not yet available or approved for active recruiting.
Example: You might name a personal folder Engineering Candidate, QA Candidates, or Internet Architect.
There is no limit to the number of personal folders you can create.
PeopleFluent Recruiting users can create or delete personal folders.
Best Practice: To avoid having many personal folders displayed in each user’s Workflow frame, it is strongly recommended that you create your personal folders as private folders.
You can add any number of candidates to personal folders. However, you should always copy candidates to a personal folder. Do not move candidates to a personal folder. When you copy a candidate to a personal folder, an additional candidate profile is created, thus preserving the applicant flow data and reporting information for the other requisition(s) to which the candidate is associated.
Personal folders are not shown in the Workflows view of the workflow pane. If you are using the Workflows view, click the Requisitions button at the top of the workflow pane to view personal folders.
