To manage the settings of a specific field on a panel, click the field to display the Edit Field Labels screen. The table below lists and describes the fields and settings on the Edit Field Labels screen.

Field Definition Code |
This is a read only field that displays the Field Definition Code from Genesis. This shows users the code in reference to import/exports in Genesis without having to contact PeopleFluent Support. |
Display Text |
Displays field name on the panel. |
Help Text |
Text written to help users better understand what to enter in a field. The help text appears when a user points to the field with their cursor. |
Do Not Show in Requisition Filter Criteria |
Select this checkbox to hide a field from the requisition filter list.
This checkbox appears on Requisition fields only. It does not appear on Candidate fields. |
Reporting Field Label |
The label that appears when working with BusinessObjects XI (BOXI). |
Is Disabled On Create |
Select this checkbox to disable the field when creating a new requisition or candidate record. |
Is Disabled On Edit |
Select this checkbox to disable the field when the panel on which it appears is edited. |
Show In View |
Select this checkbox to display the field on a panel. Leave this checkbox blank to hide field on a panel. |
Show In Edit |
Select this checkbox to display the field when editing the panel. |
Show In Create |
Select this checkbox to display the field when a new requisition or candidate record is created. |
Is Required |
Select this checkbox to require users to enter a value in a field before saving changes made to a panel. |
