About Requisition Videos

To enhance a candidate’s application experience, organizations can now add videos to their requisitions and have videos display on job posts. Depending on the device that the candidate uses to access the portal, the video player/recorder requires the following:

Device	Requirements
Desktop or Laptop Computer	Adobe Flash Player must be installed and activated. Video camera and microphone. A candidate must have access to these features.
Mobile	Built-in camera that is capable of recording video. Microphone An operating system that supports the use of HTML5.

Note: The video player is not supported on desktop or mobile configurations that do not meet these requirements.

Prerequisites

Organizations must have the ability to store and manage videos for use in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. The appropriate client parameter must be enabled to support this. You must submit a Change Request (CR) to enable this client parameter. Please contact your PeopleFluent representative for more information.
Users must have the appropriate role permissions to view, add, or modify videos on requisitions and job posts. These role permissions are defined in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Please contact your RMS Administrator for more information.

Requisition Video Permissions	Description
Show Requisitions Video panel	If selected, the Videos panel appears on the Main Info tab of a requisition in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
Add Requisitions Video panel	If selected, the Videos panel appears on the Create Requisition screen in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
Edit Requisition Video panel	Select this check box to display the Edit icon on the Videos panel. If the Add Requisition Video permission (under the Requisitions permissions folder) is not selected, then the Edit icon does not display.
Add Requisition Video	Select this check box to add videos to the Videos panel of a requisition.
Delete Requisition Video	Select this check box to remove videos from the Videos panel of a requisition. This adds the red x button on the video thumbnail which allows the user to remove the video.

Job Post Video Permissions	Description
Show Job Post Videos Panel	If selected, the Videos panel appears on the Job Posting Template tab of a job post in PeopleFluent Recruiting.
Add Job Post Videos panel	If selected, the Videos panel appears on the Create New Template screen in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
