Hiring managers can quickly advance and disposition candidates through the hiring process in the Recruiting Mirror. When a candidate is moved to a workflow folder, the move is tracked on the candidate’s profile in both the Recruiting Mirror and PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal.
If you move a candidate to a workflow folder with trigger (silent or interactive), the following can happen:
If you select a workflow folder with a drop-down list trigger, a second drop-down list displays that requests additional information regarding the move.
If you move a candidate to a workflow folder with an interactive trigger, you receive a confirmation message. However, the message that displays depends on whether the strict mode client parameter is turned on in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. In strict mode, users are only be able to fire triggers in the order that they were logged for each candidate profile. When the strict mode client parameter is enabled in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal, the following message appears when you attempt to move a candidate with pending triggers to another workflow folder with triggers in the Recruiting Mirror.
If the strict mode client parameter is turned off, the following message displays when you move a candidate to another workflow folder even if the candidate has pending triggers.
