The Candidate Search functionality allows recruiters and users the appropriate permissions to search your PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal database for candidates who meet the criteria you specify. You can view the Candidate Search panel on the Dashboard by clicking the Search thumbnail that appears on the right side of the Dashboard.
To display the Candidate Search panel on the Dashboard, the user must have the Access to the Search Section role permission enabled in PeopleFluent Recruiting Administration. This role permission that also gives users access to the Candidate Search menu on the Primary Navigation Bar.
