Any form sent to a candidate is tracked under the Forms panel on the Profile tab of a candidate’s profile. The Forms panel lists each form sent to a candidate, when the form was sent, and the status of the form sent via email. Users can view the most current information on this panel by clicking the Refresh Panel icon.

Click the View Form Details icon to view a blank copy of the form sent to the candidate. From this screen you can click:

Click the Resend Email icon to resend the form to the candidate to complete. Clicking this icon updates the Current Status and Last Status Change columns. |

Click the Approve icon to approve a form delivered to a candidate. This icon only appears if the form as a "Submitted" status. Once you click Approve, the status changes to "Approved". |

Pending – The form has not been delivered to the candidate. Submitted – The form has been delivered to a candidate. Approved – The submitted form is acceptable. This status displays once you click the Approve icon. |

If a form is resent or approved, the date these actions occur are reflected in this column.
When a form is sent more than once, the most recent date the action occurred is listed here, no additional entry in the forms panel is created. |

If a recruiter chooses not approve a form and wants the candidate to complete the form again, they can resend the form. By clicking the Resend Email button the user receives a confirmation message and the Current Status and the Last Status Change columns are updated.
