Email History

The Email History Panel allows users to view the email message history associated with a specific candidate within that candidate's profile. This gives the user immediate access to all outbound communication linked to an applicant. Access to the Email History panel is based on role permissions which are set in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. For more information on these role permissions, contact your RMS Administrator.

  1. Note: Email messages sent to anonymous candidates do not appear on the Email History panel.

Click this icon to download attachments contained within the email message.

Show All

Click this button to show the candidate’s entire email history.

Filter by Requisition

Click this icon to filter the email history by requisition.

Turn Requisition Filter Off

Click this icon to turn off the requisition filter.

External Email

This icon indicates that the email message was sent using Outlook or Lotus Notes.

View Email Messages

To view the content of an email message, click the View Details icon in the Actions column. From this screen, users can resend the email message or download any attachments contained in the email to their local drive. Email messages formatted with HTML editor, retain that formatting when the View Message Details screen displays. Users can also view the content of the email message by hovering over the description in the Subject column.

  1. Note: Email messages are tracked on the Email History Panel as originally intended to be sent. However, any manual changes to the email message are not tracked.

Resend Email Messages

After an email message is sent, users can resend the same message. This is useful if one or more of the recipients didn't receive the first message, or if you want to quickly send the message to new recipients. Users can resend a message by clicking the Resend Email icon under the Actions column. From the Resend Email screen, users can change the content of the message and add or change recipients of the email.

  1. Note: Email messages are tracked on the Email History Panel as originally intended to be sent. However, any manual changes to the email message are not tracked.
