About Candidate History
The Candidate History panel tracks the progress a candidate makes through a workflow and lists the requisitions linked to the candidate. The requisition values displayed in the Source Req and Dest Req columns are hyperlinks that take you to the specific job requisition description page.

In addition, when a user hovers over the requisition number in the Source Req and Dest Req columns a tooltip appears displaying the name of the requisition.
