Change Password

Users may be required to change their password for any of the following reasons:

  1. Note: If PeopleFluent iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) is enabled, users cannot change their password from the My Account page. To change your iPaaS login password, click the Settings option in the navigation bar and in the Change Password window, enter a new password as indicated.

Some company policies or configurations allow users to update or edit their passwords from the My Account page.

To change your password

  1. Go to Global Header > My Account.

  2. Click the Change Password button in the main navigation panel. If this link is not displayed, your company's policies do not allow you to change your own password. To change your password, contact your system administrator.

  1. Enter your Old Password.

  2. Enter your New Password and confirm it by re-entering it. Your password must conform to the requirements displayed on the Change Password page. These requirements are specifically defined by your company.

  1. Click Save to save your new password.
