Unless otherwise configured, all users access Talent Acquisition applications through the PeopleFluent Sign In Portal within PeopleFluent Administration. Additionally, clients who have implemented the integrated Talent Management Suite will access both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management applications through the Sign In Portal.
The Sign In Portal features a Sign In page and an Application Selection page.
The Sign In page allows users to enter their user credentials. The applications the user has access to within the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management suite are determined by the username and password entered on this page.
The Application Selection page allows the user to select an organization and / or application to open.
PeopleFluent iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) is a cloud-based service that enables data integration and governance. This service provides single sign-on (SSO) and simplified navigation across all PeopleFluent applications for which it is enabled. If iPaaS is enabled, a new login page redirects you to the Application Selection page, where you can select the application, organization and if applicable, the locale. This single sign-on process allows you to access the iPaaS-enabled PeopleFluent applications that are used by your organization.
